2008 Engineering Inspection Module 75E: Closeout Letter
We received and reviewed your submittal of July 15, 2009 on the above subject. It appears that the DUSA
response in this matter is complete. Updated maps of the tanks of the original mill site as well as the new
altemative feed circuit have been provided complete, showing the reagents being stored. Therefore, the
requirements of the subject inspection module 75E have been satisfied.
