David Oram: According to the Division of Drinking Water’s (the Division) records, a volatile organics samples was collected at the R V Properties Well (identified as WS001) on August 13, 2024. The results of the analysis show that tetrachloroethylene was detected at 58.04 µg/L. The Maximum
Contaminant Level for this compound is 5 µg/L. This result triggers a confirmation sample requirement and increases the systems volatile organics monitoring requirement. Confirmation Sampling Pursuant to R309-205-6(2)(v-k), please collect a tetrachloroethylene and vinyl chloride sample
as soon as possible from the R V Properties Well (WS001). Please label as the sample as collected from facility and sample point ID WS001 on all laboratory paperwork. Please send the results directly to David Kruse at dbkruse@utah.gov when they are available. Increased Monitoring
