Submit the inspection form to me the first week or each month for the next 3 months. 2) Get the tools you need to lift the STP containment lids and spill bucket lids. They don't need to be checked monthly but they do need to be checked yearly. Send me a photo of the opened containment. 3) You should get cones and a safety vest while working with the lids and dispensers. 4) Keep one passing ATG slip for each tank per month. Send these to me for the next 3 months.. 5) If there is anyone else that works there - you must train them as a C operator and keep track of that information on a sheet that I can inspect next time. The A/B Operator Manual details what items you need to go over with your employees. 6) You need to get a sign for the outside of the store that indicates who to call in an emergency. There's an example in the A/B Operator Manual and there's several good examples online. 7) The Veederoot needs to be set up properly. It needs to record alarms as well as passing results and these need to be printed. Right now all that is printed is pass or fail. Send me a copy of the invoice from your petroleum supplier. This needs to be done right away since you're not getting all the information that is needed. 8) Tests that are due on or before January 31, 2024 are::line tightness, line leak detector, automatic tank gauge, and the pressure vent valves. Pressure vent valves are only lasting about 2-3 years and it may be less expensive to replace them to test them and then have to replace them. Make sure it is on your testers' schedule. 9) The gauge on the premium spill bucket needs to be cleaned so the dial can be seen. If the issue is on the inside of the gauge, it needs to be replaced and retested or the spill bucket may need replacing. If these items aren't addressed within 3 months, you'll be required to take the A/B operator course and test again and you may be required to pay a penalty when the fees are due. Let's work together to prevent leaks at this site and protect the environment. Call me with any questions or concerns.
