This letter is notification that the Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company, LLC., will be de-
inventorying and degassing Tark 412. This notification is being provided in accordance with
requirements of Utah SIP Section IX. H. I l. g. vi. Tank degassing operations are anticipated to begin
during the week of October 6, 2024. Following degassing operations, the tank will undergo
maintenance activities.

Tank capacity, volume of space to be degassed, and materials stored: tank capacity is
approximately 64,000 barrels, volume to be degassed approximately 80,000 cubic feet,
material stored is medium sweet crude oil.
Description of vapor control device: Thermal oxidizer.
