Dear Mr. Singh:

Rockwell Solutions, Inc. completed groundwater monitoring activities at the above-referenced LUST
site on October 19, 2024. Six monitoring wells were measured and sampled using standard measuring,
purging, and sampling procedures. MW-1, which is screened across the shallow, perched, aquifer, was
dry. The groundwater samples were immediately placed on ice and retained under chain-of-custody
documentation until relinquished to the laboratory.

Samples were submitted for analysis of MTBE, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, naphthalene
(MBTEXN) and total petroleum hydrocarbons - gasoline range organics (TPH-GRO) using EPA
Method 8260. Chemtech-Ford conducted laboratory analyses. Laboratory reports are attached.

A summary of the historical groundwater monitoring data including groundwater elevation and
laboratory analytical data is presented in Table 1. Figure 1 is a groundwater contour map for the
October 19, 2024, data. Only the groundwater elevation data from MW-3, MW-4, and MW-5 were
used in the contouring as monitoring wells MW-7 and MW-8 are screened deep, below the water table
and MW-2 is screened from 62-67 feet. MW-3, MW-4, and MW-5 are screened from 50-80 feet.

All hydrocarbon concentrations are below Initial Screening Levels. A final round of groundwater
monitoring will take place in three to six months after which the release can be evaluated for site
closure and No Further Action.
