RE: Big West Oil LLC Seal Gap Inspections Notification
Mr. Bird,
Big West Oil, LLC (BWO) has extemal floating roof tanks subject to Utah R307-327 and are
Group I storage vessels as defined in 40 CFR Subpart CC. In accordance with 40 CFR
63.655(h)(2xii), 40 CFR 63.1066(bXl), and with a UDAQ 30-day blank waiver-and-
replacement authorization dated May 28,2024, this letter provides a7-day notice that Big West
Oil, LLC (BWO) will perform seal gap inspections on Tanks 51,52,53,3,43,5,28,62, and72.
The inspections are scheduled to occur on or after September 24,2024 and last approximately a
month.
