Title V Operating Permit (#2700010005)
Condition l.S.2.a of the above referenced Title V Operating Permit (Permit) requires IPSC to submit a
Monitoring Report every six months. This letter will serve as IPSC's Monitoring Report for the period of
January t,2024, through June 30, 2024. During this time:
All of the monitoring required by IPSC's Permit was conducted as per the Permit
conditions.
No deviations from Permit conditions occurred. All unavoidable breakdowns were
reported in accordance with the provisions of R307-107 as per condition l.S.2.c of IPSC's
Permit.
No monitor downtime incidents for Permit conditions ll.B.2.b, ll.B.7.a, ll.B.7.b, and
ll.B.8.a (other than downtime associated with zero and span or other daily calibration
checks, if applicable), and the results of stack testing, if applicable for these Permit
conditions, were su bmitted.
There were no excursions or exceedances from Permit conditions ll.B.2.b, ll.B.7.a,
ll.B.7.b, and ll.B.8.a.
