This should not be misconstrued as authorizing Thatcher to do anything that would result in breaking a law. I'll follow up with SLC Fire on Monday to see if they have made any determinations regarding this situation. Thanks for the good communication and planning to safely resume the processing of these containers. Is there anything you can do to assist with this? Give perfunctory permission to continue on the limited scale described below? As per our last on-site meeting, it is in the best interest of everyone to allow this very controlled process to continue. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can render in this matter. As we discussed in the last TEAMs meeting, we still solicit your assistance in that regard. I also had the impression that there is desire on DWMRC’s part for us to continue the process at a reduced/limited scale because we no longer have the containment capacity we once had. I think we at least need the ability to finish the process on materials that were already in place in the accumulation area. In the interim, we would like to resume the P3MMP process at least on a limited scale. We have retained a smaller secondary containment which is situated outside the sheltered area. It would have very limited capacity and we would be limited to batch processing materials within that containment. Given that we have hope for improving weather conditions and that the containment will not fill with snowmelt or rainwater, we would like to move forward on a very limited basis. We would only be able to process 6 – 8 pallets at a time. It would still be within the guidelines of the P3MMP and nothing would move out of the containment until in condition (packaging and labeling) for shipment. I do not know what else to do at this time given all of our desires to drive this plan to completion. Please let me know us know. Thank you.
