The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed a review of the Corrective Action Plan (Plan) of the HK Legacy Site (Site) that was received October 16,
2024.
The Division concurs with the conclusions of the Plan that no further corrective action is required at the site. Please submit a Risk Assessment followed by a Site Management Plan and
Environmental Covenant for the Site.
