The new engines operate exclusively as emergency generators and therefore have no additional requirements by 40 CFR 63.6645(0. Hill Air Force Base (AFB) is a major source of hazardous air pollutants, and this initial notification is for three new, emergency, stationary zuCE, each with a site rating of more than 500 brake horsepower.
