The Chrome National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants requires a semiannual
ongoing compliance status report. For the report period I Jul2023 to 3 I Dec 2023 chromium
electroplating work practice standards were followed in accordance with the operations and maintenance
plan. In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief
formed after reasonable inquiry, I certifu that the statements and information in this document are true,
accurate, and complete.
