The leak on the hypo tank cannot be fixed till the tank is empty and will required a short shutdown, so will not be fixed for several weeks. The drain for the two refinery tanks has not been located and will have to submit this to the DDW when we do. Thanks for your patience. #3 The chlorinator hypochlorite solution tank was leaking. We will not be able to fix this leak till the tank is empty. #6 The lower refinery tank access was locked and unopenable so we could not verify the gasket. #7 . The drain lines for the upper and lower refinery tanks could not be located. Need to verify they have at least 12” of freefall from the outlet. Still have not located the drain for these tanks. Will have to send later to DDW. #8 & #9 Magna Storage Tank. With the decommissioning and current demolish of our Power Plant the water from the Magna Storage Tank is no longer used for culinary purposes and is strictly for process water. We would like this tank designated as inactive for culinary. We have modified the tank fill pipe to have an air gap into the tank. Sorry for the delay. We are working on some of the others and will get them to you by the end of the week. Thanks. 1. There was a cross connection observed from a hose placed into a horse water trough next to the well #14 replacement. This was fixed by installing an air gap. 2. Well #14 replacement had a broken pressure gauge. Guage replaced. 3. 4. Well #11 lacks a pressure gauge on the discharge piping. Guage installed. 5. The upper refinery tank access hatch needs the gasket replaced. Gasket replaced. Here’s a short list of items observed during the survey that will show up as deficiency points: 1. There was a cross connection observed from a hose placed into a horse water trough next to the well #14 replacement. 2. Well #14 replacement had a broken pressure gauge. 3. The chlorinator hypochlorite solution tank was leaking. 4. Well #11 lacks a pressure gauge on the discharge piping. 5. The upper refinery tank access hatch needs the gasket replaced. 6. The lower refinery tank access was locked and unopenable so we could not verify the gasket. 7. The drain lines for the upper and lower refinery tanks could not be located. Need to verify they have at least 12” of freefall from the outlet. 8. The Magna Culinary Reserve tank had three active leaks on the side walls. 9. The Magna Culinary Reserve tank drain and overflow could not be located. The survey report needs to be sent to the DDW within the next 30 days. If you could provide any updates on these items in the next week or so before I send the report in, I can send in a correction notice at the same time as the report to have the points removed. Photos of drain lines, gaskets and other repairs would suffice. Let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance.
