Rule: R309-515-6(12)(d)(v)Rule requires a well that pumps directly into the distribution system be equipped with
an air release/vacuum relief valve located upstream of the check valve, unless the
wellhead valve and piping provide for pumping to waste all trapped air before water is
introduced into the distribution system.
Notes:No pump to waste line to release trapped air. This pump can pump directly into the system
and not only to the tanks.
