Please change where it is located. 2) Sheet 8, Item KK, Air Vac Valve calls out a #14 screen, but there needs to be note or detail to ensure it is also downturned. It is not clear that is the case in the drawing. 3) In the chlorinator room, can you please verify that the light switch and exhaust fan switch are separate and both near the door. 4) Your response to Item 8 on the chlorinator information stated the following: "The Point of Entry (POE) sampling location will be in the existing wholesale and distribution systems as now sampled." I need to know the exact location of where the Point of Entry sample location is prior to the first customer. For example, the water system will be required to, at a minimum, sample at that location daily, but it may need to be continuous. So, if they have a chlorine analyzer, for example, where is that located (ie, in one of the well houses after the tank, what sample tap, etc.). I have to describe this location in the plan approval letter. 5) The wellhead pedestal on Sheet 8 does not have a lot of detail on it I have a couple of comments/.questions: It needs to be a minimum of 12 inches above the well house floor. There is no dimension describing that in the drawing. Is there a well casing air vent? Because there probably should be and it needs to be downturned and with a #14 screen on the end of the downturn. Also, can you verify that you have a means to measure drawdown in the well. Please let me know if you have any questions. Paul -- J.
