General Comments
Comments Overall facility was in good operational c. Facility
signage needs to be updated and posted.
Oil seeps from old facility need to be cleaned up. One seep was actively
bubbling from methane emissions.
Landfill 3 (Pond 9) is nearly completely bedded with liquids removed. A
request to dispose material on remaining west 1/3 side of cell will need to
be submitted for approval.

Landfill Cell 2. Leachate collection are used for dust suppression on top of landfill
cell.
Landfill Cell 3. South side. Landfill cell bottom is currently nearly bedded for drainage
per engineering specifications. Materials on side slope will be used for mixing.
East 1/3 end of Landfill Cell 3. Only marginal liquids left on edge of bedded area.

Signage needs updated with facility name, hours of operation, facility contact
information, etc. Additional signage will need to list unapproved (or approved if
limited) wastes accepted at the facility.
Northeast corner of Landfill Cell 3 showing residual liquids still being extracted during
bedding sand placement. If liquids are unable to be pumped out, they will be mixed
with soil and dry cuttings onsite.
Photo showing active oil seep (bubbling) from old disposal/landowner. This area has
been previously reclaimed and was determined closed by DOGM. This is to be
cleaned up by the operator.
