Hi Christopher,
I'm reviewing the updated drinking water source protection (DWSP) plan for the Corp Well (WS001), received on December 23, 2022.
Your original DWSP plan stated that Buena Vista would distribute factsheets on household hazardous waste, septic systems, fertilizers,
and pesticides to all residents in the protection zones. From what I saw from the update, Buena Vista did not implement this in their last
update cycle. Can you please confirm?
If this has not been done, please distribute the public education material (attached) as soon as possible and reply to this email
confirming it was completed. This public education should be distributed at least once every update cycle (six years). I can provide 90
days for this to be addressed before I draft a formal disapproval letter. Let me know if you have any questions.

Pulled our current most plan up and talked to a representative at Gem Engineering, the party responsible for updating our plan. Looks
like the plan remains the same with no changes, I have printed the information you provided and distributed it to the costumers located
in the protection zone, thanks for the guidance and reminder of the six year requirement.
