Hi Mz Tammie
I talked with you on some missing test for Bac-T
I am new to this job and the drinking water tesng is new to the University. I should have done 10 of these
test but only did 4 of them for last month because I misunderstood what was needing to be done.
I think that I have a handle on the tesng now and have the 10 needed for this month at the lab but not
sure what I can do for the last months missing 6

Hi Brent,
The New System Order was sent in May of 2024. This letter stated the 10 per month requirement. This
requirement started in June of 2024, but I usually work with new systems and give them some extra time to get started. I
do know that you are working with Rita and the state regarding population and other items. Due to this, we will not be
issuing that violation.
Starting in September, if 10 samples are not taken, we will move forward with violations.
