Hi Bill, Dave, and Kimberlee,
As we discussed in our on-site meeting on October 4th, Extell will plan to continue to follow the
water monitoring plan set forth in the attached until the time in which we can finalize future on-
going monitoring in the Site Management Plan for the VCP Site. We trust we will have a Site
Management Plan prior to June of 2025, during which under the attached plan we would need to
do the groundwater quality testing from the piezometers. We’d like to have an understanding of
the on-going utility of that groundwater quality sampling before we do any further testing from those
locations.

We will continue the monthly piezometer water level analysis, and the McHenry Campground
sampling per the attached plan until the Site Management Plan is finalized.
