Re: Compliance Advisory, No Further Action – Kilgore Companies – Stockton Pit

On September 10, 2024, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Kilgore Companies a
Compliance Advisory (DAQC-902-24) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality Rules. On
October 7, 2024, Kilgore Companies submitted additional information that resolved the potential
violations outlined in the Compliance Advisory referenced above. Kilgore Companies received
and operates according to the Temporary Relocation Permit (DAQC-493-24) and also performed
initial performance tests according to 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOO for the required equipment.
Based on the additional information provided to the DAQ, no further action is required at this
time. Please be aware that closure of this Compliance Advisory does not constitute a bar to
enforcement action for conditions found during other inspections.
