SUMMARY:
This was a routine site visit by the DERR to check on the progress occurring at the Site. The
material from underneath the asphalt pad had been moved to the west-adjoining landfill property.
This material had been stockpiled and sampled to make sure that it met the unrestricted use
requirements. Crews were beginning to backfill the area with clean material. The soil from the
westernmost detention basin is still in place. Some sections of the Site still need additional fill
but areas such as the northeast corner have had significant improvements with fill since the
DERR site visit approximately 2 weeks ago. The structure for the pavilion is up and no other
buildings are currently present on Site. Stormwater control measures are in place such as an
adequate track out and a water truck. All work is being performed in a manner consistent with
the accepted workplan.
