Dear Mr. Gilgen,
The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam
Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than
natural gas combusted during the reporting period for St. George Hospital Utah DAQ Site ID 12960.
-The six-month reporting period covered is from January 1, through June 30, 2024.
-The 4-dual fuel boiler had a total of 111.5 hours of operation on diesel fuel for the reporting
period.
-The facility received 5,000 gallons of fuel in January 2024. A copy of diesel fuel certification
is included.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief
formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are
true, accurate, and complete.
