Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than
natural gas combusted during the reporting period for primary McKay Dee Hospital Utah DAQ Site
ID 12943.
-The six-month reporting period covered is from January 1, through June 30, 2024.
-Boiler hours of operation on diesel fuel for the reporting period is as follows:
o Boiler #1 – 0 hours
o Boiler #2 – 0 hours
o Boiler #3 – 0 hours
-A copy of the diesel certification from the most recent fuel delivery is included as reference.
There were no fuel deliveries during this reporting period.
