Hi Jennifer,
Happy to try and clarify... In the numbers I provided Deidre I estimated that we have about 10 employees who work at
least 32 hours per week on average throughout the year (I guessed this would be considered a full time employee, not
sure what the actual criteria would be but knew this was close). The remainder of our staff (currently ~40 other
employees) work anywhere from 5 to 30 hours per week with most of those being 2-3 shifts / week. Summer in our minds
runs Memorial Day - Labor Day which is our busy season. The rest of the year we're considerably slower with the winter
months being the slowest. Let me know if you need anything else or if this needs more clarification.

She mentioned you have 10 full time employees and 50 that work during the summer. Here are my questions about
these numbers:
1. Are the full time employees, employees that work full time, or just work year round, but part time, or a
combination of both? We would need two separate numbers if some are part time.
2. Can you tell me about how many months the "summer" includes?
