General Comments
Comments The north perimeter gate is not complete which allows for unauthorized
access to the facility during non-operating hours. This allows for illegal
dumping and scavenging. During the inspection an unauthorized vehicle
entered the property to dump waste. The facility does not maintain a daily
record that includes estimated weights and measures. All other records
were complete and thorough. The working face was a manageable size.
Green waste is segregated and compacted. The following year the green
waste will have composted at which time it is excavated and available for
the public to use. Recycling bins are available for metals and cardboard.
