to be covered daily.

General Comments
Comments The facility is not secured and does not have adequate signage. Uncovered
waste beyond the working face was observed. Waste prone to being wind-
blown is not being covered by the end of the day it is received. However,
the facility promptly covered the waste. Due to inadequate cover, wind-
blown litter was observed beyond the working face. The facility does not
maintain adequate records such as a cover log, random load inspections,
deviations from the Plan of Operations, etc. Steep slopes with erosion
channels were observed that could potentially expose covered waste.

The landfill consists of two working faces. Waste subject to being wind-blown is not
covered by the end of the day it is received. This issue has been resolved and the
waste is now covered.
