The facility does not maintain adequate records such as a cover log, random load inspections, deviations from the Plan of Operations, etc. Steep slopes with erosion channels were observed that could potentially expose covered waste. Waste subject to being wind-blown is not covered by the end of the day it is received. This issue has been resolved and the waste is now covered. Uncovered waste was observed beyond the working face.
