FIELD OBSERVATIONS:
The Site continues to be used for industrial/commercial purposes. The Brighton canal appears to remain
untouched as was observed historically with no re-routing. During the Site visit it was observed that a
large area was being developed with excavation and regrading occurring. According to the Site
Management Plan and Environmental Covenant, the soil (within risk range for a construction worker) is
allowed to be excavated. However, construction workers should be notified of potential hazardous and
possible exposure to Site contaminants. The soil appears to remain on-Site (no removal of Site soils) and
used to grade the land for development at the Site. See images attached.
