Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit).3. White Mesa Uranium Mill Groundwater Corrective Action Plan (“GCAP”) Revision 0, dated September 14, 2015.
The Division review concluded that the report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and GCAP. This letter constitutes a closeout of the1stQuarter 2024Nitrate Monitoring
