Ms. Shelley,
The intent of this letter is to notify the Utah Department of Environmental Quality of the
designation of a new Responsible Official for Compass Minerals Ogden lnc., located in Ogden, Utah. On
August 16,2024,1 assumed the role of Vice President of Operations for the facility. I am considered the
Responsible Official, as defined in the following environmental regulations pertaining to the facility.
