Green Natural Gas Ventures LLC (GNG) is submitting the NSPS KKK semi-annual monitoring
report for the period of March 11,2024 - June 30,2024 for the Lisbon Valley Helium Plant. The
Lisbon Valley Helium Plant was purchased out of bankruptcy; therefore, per UDAQ guidance,
this report only covers the compliance period from the date that GNG assumed ownership.
