Diesel fuel was pumped out of the secondary containment system and catch basin into a 200
gallon tote. Residual diesel fuel was cleaned with steaming equipment, and the waste fluid was
also collected into the 200-gallon tote for off-site disposal.
UTA personnel were fueling buses from ASTs 2 & 3 when a faulty check valve between the 2
tanks caused the release of 60 gallons of diesel. Fac info on original report was wrong.
