regarding C-945-24 Quality TRP in Emery County

Hi Chad, I should have submitted an explanatory email with this TRP for Quality Crushing. This is the same project
location that was approved on the attached C-405-23. The land located from Highway 191, near Wellington, is owned by
Nielson, but is not covered by any permanent AO, and does not have any permanent equipment situated on the land.
Gene Henrie gets a little confused with these issues, and references an AO belonging to Nielson Construction, even
though it is a totally different address located off highway 31, near Huntington. If you look through the emails associated
with C-405-23, one is from his then environmental consultant Alysen Tyrrant, that documents the address issue.
