NSPS Kb Extension Request for Emptying Tank 20015
Dear Mr. Bird,
In compliance with 40 CFR 60.1l3b(a)(2), Chevron requests to extend the emptying of tank 20015 by an
additional 30 days, making the new repair deadline July 6,2024. It was determined the tank did not pass
its seal inspection on April 22,2024, the original 45-day repair or empty deadline is June 6,2024. We
expect to empty the tank within 30 days.
