In compliance with the requirements of R307-327-5(5), Utah PM2.5 State Implementation Plan (SIP)
Section H.l I .g.vi.C., and 40 CFR 60.1 13b(bx6xii), Chevron submits this de-gas and refill notification
for Tank 60060. The information required by the SIP is shown in the table below. We expect to refill the
tank in February 2024.
