Here is the original chain of Custody for the sample in question for Moab City #10003, It was clearly marked as an
investigative sample, and I made a mistake and put it into CMDP as a routine sample. It was my mistake on the input.
This was an investigative sample on new line tie ins and not taken from their usual site plan Sites. Again, I input this
sample as a routine but should have input it as an Investigative and it was my mistake.
