Dear Zachary Renstrom:
The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) recently revised rules R309-600-13(3) - Sewers Within DWSP Zone One and R309-515-6(4) - Source Protection to remove the special construction
requirements for sewer infrastructure located in source protection zone two. According to our records, exceptions to these rules were granted for the Sand Hollow Well 13. Temporary exceptions
to these rules, and any conditions previously identified to comply, are no longer required. A copy of the letter identifying the conditions is attached.
If a source is located where sewer infrastructure exists or is planned to be located in source protection zone one, the source must still comply with all subsections of R309-600-13(3)
