In reference to Inspection datdllt3tgg of David Early Tire 253 West 90m South Sandy, Utah. The
following list of recommendations have been completed.
1 Cut tops ofrall unused containers.
2 Ndarked two remaining contriners with contents and put caps on.
3 Fixed drain bucket on top of the waste oil tank plus made a cover to keep water out.
4 Bought a tool to put a hole in waste oil filters and are now letting them drain of two hours.
5 Cleaned oil ofiand around waste oil tank.
6 Will keep copies of parts cleaner contents disposal (safety kleen).
