The LLC name has changed from Yonder Escalante LLC to Escalante Resort LLC. All ownership remains
the same and I can sign on behalf of ownership or the property on any changes you need.

Contact Types for Operator Certification
All contacts will be added to the Water System's Certification Report. The report is searchable either by an individual or
by the water system. To navigate the report, select between operator or water system located beneath the search bar.
Water System Employee: An individual who is employed by the water system but does not operate, repair, or
maintain the water system.
Water Operator: An individual with a water operator certification who operates, repairs, and maintains a public
water system.
Direct Responsible Charge Operator (DRC): An active on-site Direct Responsible Charge Operator (DRC)
independently makes decisions that can affect the sanitary quality, safety, and adequacy of water delivered to
customers. The operator must meet the Minimum Qualifications, be certified at the system’s classification level,
and apply for registration as a DRC.
