Salt Lake City, UT 84116 RE: Advance Clean Energy Site 1 Emergency Planning and Notification Dear Sir/Madam, This letter is being submitted to your office to provide notification under 40 CFR 355, and 40 CFR 370, that the Advance Clean Energy Site 1 has exceeded the applicable inventory threshold for Sulfuric Acid. This material is located in various battery backup system s located within the facility. Currently, the battery system are located in the PDC building, the Electrolyzer O&M building, and Switchyard Control Room. The following table provides a breakdown of battery storage at the site.
