Rule: R309-515-7(7)(f)All deep-rooted vegetation within the fenced collection area shall be removed by a
means not negatively affecting water quality. This significant deficiency must be
corrected within 120 days of notification or have a corrective action plan approved by
DDW.
Notes:Spring #2 and #3 have some aspen saplings and shrubs that need to be cleared. They have a
plan in place with the prison inmates to help with the removal.
