Groundwater samples were collected from monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-3. Sump and Trap removed approximately 208 gallons of water and free product from monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-4 on April 22, 2024, However, monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-4 still contained measurable free product and were not sampled. Free product in MW-4 Groundwater samples from MW-2 and MW-3 were collected using a disposable bailer. Each groundwater sample was immediately placed on ice and retained under chain-of-custody documentation until relinquished to the laboratory. Samples were submitted for analysis of MTBE, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes, naphthalene (MBTEXN) and total petroleum GMR September 2024, Holiday Oil #75, West Point, UT, Facility #3000562, Release OHS Rockwell Solutions, Inc., 718 E. Chemtech-Ford conducted the laboratory analyses. Laboratory reports are attached. A summary of historical groundwater monitoring data including groundwater elevation and laboratory analytical data is presented in Table 1. Hydrocarbon concentrations were not detected in the samples from MW-2 and MW-3. As free product remains in MW-1 and is increasing in MW-4, free product abatement and corrective action should be taken.
