Dear Mr. Hansen:
TEAD-S is rescinding the request for extension on the TEAD-S Periodic Review proposed
deadline of 30 September 2024. This date was proposed in the 2019 Final Fourth RCRA Periodic
Review for TEAD-N on page 5 of the document. TEAD would like to propose an extension date
30 September 2025.
