INCIDENT SUMMARY
There has been a release of at least 200 - 300 gallons of diesel fuel at Loves Travel Stop #686 (Facility ID # 0100698. )
The release has travelled across the asphalt and into a storm drain. It is unknown where the storm drain leads to at this time but Brigham City Streets
Department is on route to the scene to help determine where it leads to.
It is unknown what the source of the release is however the fuel lines have been shut off. Caller believes the release is likely stopped but this is not
confirmed.
Caller also reports that vehicles have been driving through 2-3 inches of spilled fuel and tracking it on their tires.
No abatement has been preformed at the time of this call. Brigham City Fire Department and Hazmat are currently at the scene.
It is unknown what the cause of the release is at this time.
Calls could not be completed to the Bear River HD phone number so no voicemail was left
