According to our records, exceptions to these rules were granted for the Fire Station Well, Berra Blvd Well (Well #19), and the Red DelPapa Well (Well #18) for existing sewer infrastructure located within zone two. Temporary exceptions to these rules, and any conditions previously identified to comply for the sewer infrastructure within source protection zone two, are no longer required. A copy of the letters identifying the conditions are attached. If a source is located where sewer infrastructure exists or is planned to be located in source protection zone one, the proposed source must still comply with all subsections of R309-600-13(3) and R309-515-6(4).Please contact Deidre Beck, P.G., at (385) 271-7046 or via email at dbeck@utah.gov if you have questions.
