who has been deceased since 2021. Currently, Cory Waters (son) is in the
process of changing ownership to his name.
The recorded residential address (separate property) of Cory Waters is 440
N 400 W, Richfield, UT.
The Division inspector Cory Waters has attempted to contact Cory multiple
times, but has been unable to make contact.

General Comments
Comments According to the inspector the owner appears to be operating an illegal solid
waste landfill. Inspector has not been able to make contact with the
landowner despite multiple attempts and two site visits. A compliance
advisory letter was also issued to the landowner on May 14, 2024 (DSHW-
2024-004546). The recipient was given 30 days to respond to the letter. As
of the date of this inspection the recipient has not yet responded to the
Division.
