screened with No. 4 mesh non-corrodible screens. This significant deficiency must be
corrected within 120 days of notification or have a corrective action plan approved by
DDW.
Notes:Screen has become detached. #14 mesh has been used for overflow. I explained that the #4
is required and using too fine of a mesh like the #14 can cause the water pressure to blow it
off.

Notes:Overflow discharges to pond. There was not 12" vertical separation between the overflow
pipe terminus and the water surface.
