There were multiple deficiencies on the recent survey of UT18053 Camp Tracy. Jeremy has since corrected all
deficiencies and provided documentation of the corrections. See attached IPS report, IPS correction notice and
supporting photos. Please remove the deficiencies from the IPS report.
