Dear DDW,

There was a deficiency on the recent survey of UT18140 Cardiff APO for a missing #14 Screen. Steve has corrected the
deficiency by adding the #14 screen. See attached IPS report, IPS correction notice and supporting documentation.
Please remove the deficiency from the IPS report.
