Laws of the State of Utah, and I have made a survey of the location of
the existing monitoring we'l'ls at Thiokol, and that the following table
defines the horizontal location of the wells in relation to the Thiokol
Ground Grid (which is believed by many at Thiokol to be on State Plane
Datum), and the elevations on the top of the brass plate in each well
on Thiokol Elevation Datum.
