Enviroserve was contracted for spill clean-up. Absorbents were used to collect release and
containerized on-site.
While offloading fuel from the fuel truck to PSTs, the camlock to the hose came loose releasing
approx 100 gallons of diesel. Diesel released to the concrete/asphalt parking lot. No storm drains
were impacted. Truck operated by Offen Petroleum.
