INCIDENT SUMMARY
Caller reported that while offloading fuel from the fuel truck to the fuel storage tanks, the camlock to the hose came loose releasing approximately 100
gallons of diesel. Diesel released to the concrete/asphalt parking lot. No storm drains were impacted. Fuel truck was operated by Offen Petroleum.
Enviroserve was contracted for spill clean-up. Absorbents were used to collect release and containerized on-site.
